SPCI,

a 12 hours model.
Model function
is to valid electronic before finalizing the PCB layout.
This intermediate
validation is suitable for analog function no simulate by software.
This is
usually the case in high frequencies and EMC.
From
the beginning to the end, 1 or 2 models should be necessary.
Model is only for validation before prototype and is out normal specifications.
Model
is produced with the following parameters.

Stratification : 1H30 instead of 2 hours at 175°C
-
Plating : 18µ (mini 15µ) instead of 25µ of copper
-
No solder mask
-
Single rectangular shape
All other parameters are the same as standard product.
Inner and
External layers are optically tested and final product is 100% electrically
tested on flying probe tester.
Dead
hour for receipt of the file : 4 PM for a shipment before 12 AM
